Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, including client files, staff schedules, and inventory logs.
Customer Service: Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to seniors, their families, and staff.
Financial Tasks: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Support to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
