We-Care Company is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our seniors, providing them with the support and care they need to live comfortably and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences, and assist with feeding if necessary.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversations and activities to prevent loneliness.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Transportation: Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in health status, behavior, or needs to the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
